Gift Card Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, accepting and using your PANGAIA E-Gift Card ("Gift Card"), you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of merchandise made by you using the Gift Card, please see our terms of sale.

General

All references in these Terms & Conditions to "PANGAIA", "we", "us" or "our" are to PANGAIA Materials Science Limited (registered in England under company registration number 12213319). If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions please contact us via email at support@thepangaia.com. Gift Cards are issued and operated by PANGAIA. We reserve the right, at any time without notice, to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Gift Card scheme, decline to issue Gift Cards, withdraw or cancel Gift Cards, or terminate the Gift Card.

Delivery and Use

Gift Cards are delivered via email to the address you supply to us immediately after purchase or on, or as near as possible to, a scheduled date if specified by you. Gift Cards are a digital product. PANGAIA does not offer physical Gift Cards. Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Discounts cannot be redeemed against a purchase of a Gift Card. All Gift Card purchases must be paid in full using a Credit Card or any other available payment method. We are unable to process orders with multiple Gift Card recipients. Please place a separate order for each recipient.

Cancellation, Redemption and Refunds

You may cancel the purchase of the Gift Card within 14 days provided that you or the recipient of the Gift Card has not used any part of the Gift Card to make a purchase. Gift Cards are only redeemable against PANGAIA merchandise online at www.thepangaia.com. Items purchased via Gift Card will be refunded back to the original Gift Card. Items purchased via Gift Card and another form of payment will be refunded back to the original Gift Card first, with any remaining refund balance refunded to the other payment method.

Expiry, Currency and Shipping

Gift Cards expire after 12 months and any unused balance on them cannot be refunded. Gift Cards are calculated and issued in USD. When checking out in GBP or EUR, Gift Cards will be automatically converted to USD for the Gift Card recipient. Gift Cards can be purchased alongside other merchandise on www.thepangaia.com but are not counted towards the free shipping minimum spend. Standard shipping fees will apply to products ordered using Gift Cards, but credit on a Gift Card can be used to pay for that shipping. Gift Card orders are not subject to additional processing or shipping fees when purchased on their own.
